A weekend to reconnect with nature, restore your energy, and come home to yourself.
Elisa Ghisalberti
Your teacher
Yoga teacher and professional classical ballet dancer, based in Madrid. Specialized in Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa, her classes come from dance: fluid, creative, often led by music, with room for spontaneity and for the energy of the group to shape the practice. She completed her 200-hour teacher training with Brett Larkin.
“My intention is to invite people to reconnect with their bodies, find a sense of freedom, and enjoy the simple pleasure of being present.”
What awaits you
five simple things, given all the time they need
Daily yoga practice
Thoughtfully guided yoga sessions for all levels, led by a certified teacher. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, each class is designed to support your individual journey.
Meditation & mindfulness
Gentle guided meditations, breathwork, and mindful practices to cultivate presence, inner calm, and deep relaxation.
Boutique hotel & Spa Experience
Relax in elegant, comfortable rooms surrounded by nature, with full access to the spa for moments of rest, renewal, and self-care.
Nourishing cuisine
Wholesome, seasonal meals prepared with fresh local ingredients to nourish both body and soul.
Workshop
Essential oils & wild herbs
A two-hour workshop on essential oils and natural remedies for the respiratory system - what they are, which ones support breathing, and the chance to smell and recognise them. It continues outdoors on Saturday, on a guided walk through the plateau to discover the wild medicinal and aromatic herbs growing along the way.
The walk goes ahead weather permitting.

Group size
Limited to 15 guests, so every practice stays personal.

Comfortable clothes, walking shoes, swimwear for the spa.
Four elements, four practices
The practice across the weekend

Earth - Find Stability
Arrive • Ground • Connect
A dynamic, grounding flow to awaken the body and settle into the present moment. We build stability, strength and awareness through intentional movement and breath, creating a solid foundation for the weekend ahead.
Saturday Morning

Water - Learn to flow
Soften • Surrender • Restore
A nourishing Yin practice designed to slow everything down. Through long-held postures, deep stretches and mindful breathing, we invite the body to release tension and the mind to become still. Like water, we soften around what no longer serves us, allowing space for rest, recovery and quiet reflection.
Saturday Evening (Yin)

Fire - Ignite what is already within you
Awaken • Empower • Transform
A vibrant flow that cultivates heat, confidence and vitality. Breath and movement merge into a creative practice inspired by the energy of transformation, encouraging you to move with intention, freedom and trust in your own strength.
Sunday Morning

Air - Rediscover lightness
Breathe • Expand • Integrate
A gentle closing practice combining breathwork, mindful stretching and relaxation. We create space in the body, calm the nervous system and integrate the experience of the retreat, leaving with a sense of lightness, clarity and ease.

By car
From the A4 Milano–Venezia, take the A31 Valdastico north and exit at the end of the motorway, Piovene Rocchette. From there the SP349 "del Costo" climbs to Asiago in about 30 minutes. Coming from Trento and the A22, follow the SS47 Valsugana towards Lavarone and Passo Vezzena, then down to Asiago. Free parking at the hotel.
By train and bus
Asiago has no railway station. The nearest are Vicenza, Thiene and Bassano del Grappa, all on the Milan–Venice line or its local branches. SVT buses run to Asiago from Vicenza, Thiene, Bassano del Grappa and Padua every day of the year. From the Asiago bus stop the hotel is a short taxi ride.
