Prices are in Euro, per room, per day and include: breakfast, Mountain SPA access, courtesy bathrobe and slippers, VAT. Extra and accessory services are not included.
No reductions are allowed for meals not taken. Services not used are not refunded.

MELTAR BOUTIQUE HOTEL TERMS
SUPPLEMENTS
Cot in the room: € 10.00/day
Small pets allowed: € 15.00/day (food excluded)
Half-board: € 35.00 per person per day with a minimum stay of 3 days
REDUCTIONS
3rd bed in the room: additional 60% of the period rate for single rooms.
Children from 0 to 10 years staying in the room with additional bed pay 40% of the period rate for single rooms.
Any type of bed or cot is available on request further to confirmation of availability.
PACKAGES AND OFFERS
Packages and offers must be booked in advance directly with the hotel. Prices are per person. Services included in single packages and offers cannot be accumulated with others or changed and will not be refunded if the guest does not use them.
MOUNTAIN SPA
Entrance to the Mountain SPA is free of charge and with prior reservation; it includes the use of all the facilities. SPA treatments are not included and are to be paid separately.
Access to the fitness room is from 7:00; staff is present from 9:00 to 21:00. Children under 12 years are not permitted to enter.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
On the day of arrival rooms are available from 14:00 and on the day of departure they must be left by 12:00. In case of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the booked period that has not been used will be charged
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Room booking is binding if it is accompanied by a deposit of 30% of the entire stay. The deposit may be paid by bank transfer or by a leading credit card.
CANCELLATION TERMS
- cancellation notified at least 20 days prior to the arrival date: no penalty;
- cancellation notified between 20 and 10 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the entire stay will be charged;
- cancellation notified after 10 days prior to the arrival date: 80% of the entire stay will be charged;
- in case of no-show on the arrival date without any prior cancellation: 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment may be made by cash, cheque, cash card, Visa, Amex and MasterCard.
